After your apprenticeship or studies - we offer a variety of professions and thus attractive opportunities for your career start.

After a comprehensive induction period, we will entrust you with your own specialist, project or management tasks, depending on the position.

In our trainee programs, which are individually tailored to your final position, we prepare you for your future area of responsibility. During the trainee period with an individual duration of 12 to 18 months, you will pass through various stages of the company, which are indispensable for working successfully in your future position. You will get to know our product variety as well as your colleagues and their responsibilities.

As a trainee (m/f/d) in our company, you will be accompanied by a mentoring program and regular development discussions, whereby the program will be individually tailored to your strengths.
